Terms & Conditions Consciousness Through Creation Private Membership Association (PMA) Agreement Welcome to Consciousness Through Creation, an Unincorporated Private Membership Association (“PMA”). By accessing or using this platform, submitting payment, or checking the “Agree” box, you become a Member of the PMA and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your membership.
1. Private Membership & Purpose By joining the PMA, you enter a private, contractual relationship with Consciousness Through Creation. Your membership provides access to private services, educational materials, community environments, and wellness guidance. Membership is voluntary and available only to individuals who consent to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership Selection & Payment Authorization By selecting a membership option and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to one of the following: • I will pay the sum of $1,200 for the Annual Membership, billed once per year. OR • I will pay the sum of $111 per month for the Monthly Membership, with a 12-month minimum commitment. You authorize Naturopathic Nancy, LLC to process your selected payment and recurring payments required for your chosen membership plan.
3. Electronic Consent & Legally Binding Agreement By checking the required box or clicking “I Agree,” your consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You voluntarily and knowingly enter into this PMA Agreement.
4. Private Status, Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure All information shared within the PMA is private, confidential, and proprietary. You agree not to disclose or share any PMA materials outside the private membership environment.
5. Participation & Assumption of Risk Participation may involve natural wellness modalities including but not limited to: light therapy, frequency practices, nutritional education, herbal or natural remedies, and spiritual wellness. You assume all risks associated with participation.
6. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless You agree to release and hold harmless: • Consciousness Through Creation PMA • Naturopathic Nancy, LLC • Trustees, Members, Contractors, and Successors You agree not to bring claims against the PMA for injuries or damages arising from participation.
7. Dispute Resolution All disputes are handled privately with the Trustees. If mediation is required, it will follow the principles of the Uniform Arbitration Act. Arbitrators’ decisions are final.
8. Medical & Professional Disclaimer The PMA does not act as a medical provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions or prescribe medications. All wellness insights are educational and natural.
9. Membership Termination You may cancel anytime with written notice. Monthly memberships require completion of the 12-month minimum commitment. The PMA may terminate membership with a unanimous Trustee vote.
